Today's Workout:
Today Julia and I went over to Goodlife for around 10:30AM and did a chest workout. It was a solid workout and I had a blast pushing Julia to work her butt off. No cardio this morning, but I'll try to squeeze in an hour or so on the trainer tonight. Here's what it consisted of:
Flat Barbell Bench Press: 5 sets of 20, 14, 12, 10, 8
Incline Smith Machine Press: 5 sets of 20, 14, 12, 10, 8
Pec Deck: 5 sets to failure
Decline Press: 4 sets: 16, 14, 12, 10
Abs: Crunches with rope / cable machine: 4 sets to failure
Total time took us about an hour flat.
