Weights!

Here's a fun little video we put together showing 3 days worth of weight training. We'll make another to show all the cardio we're doing as well.

    lot's of hikers will say, "there's just nothing you can do to prepare for something like this." well, i disagree. ANY excercise or strength training you do will give you the best possible running start! DO IT GUYS!!
